How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
1. Request a Return Authorization
Please email sales@tallytaylor.com to request a Return Authorization number (RA #). Returns sent without an RA # may not be accepted.

3. Include With Your Return
Please include:
- Your original receipt or order information
- A signed note stating the reason for the return
- Your RA # clearly written on the outside of the package
Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they have been opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Wholesale Orders
Online wholesale orders are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued once the return has been received and processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
