Wholesale Account Requirements
To receive wholesale access, retailers must provide accurate business information and a valid Tax ID, resale certificate, or other documentation requested during the approval process.
Wholesale pricing and ordering are available only to approved reseller accounts. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
Business Purchases Only
Products purchased through our wholesale website are intended for resale by approved businesses. Wholesale purchases may not be made for personal use.
Wholesale account access, login credentials, and pricing are intended only for the approved business and may not be shared with another person or company.
Authorized Resale
Retailers may resell merchandise purchased from us through their approved retail business.
Products purchased at wholesale may not be redistributed or resold to other wholesalers, distributors, or resellers for further wholesale distribution without prior written authorization.
Third-Party Marketplaces
Products purchased through our wholesale website may not be resold on third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms, without prior written approval.
Retailers who wish to sell on a third-party marketplace may submit a request for authorization. Approval is not guaranteed and may be granted or denied at our discretion based on the retailer, platform, brand, and products involved.
Unauthorized marketplace selling may result in cancellation of orders, suspension of wholesale access, or termination of the wholesale account.
Product Photography & Brand Assets
Product photography, images, graphics, logos, descriptions, and other creative materials displayed on our websites may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior approval.
Approved wholesale retailers may request permission to use product photography or other brand assets for the purpose of promoting merchandise purchased directly from us.
Approval to use imagery or brand assets does not transfer ownership of the content and does not authorize the retailer to alter branding, remove identifying marks, misrepresent products, or imply ownership or official representation of any brand.
Pricing & Brand Representation
Retailers are responsible for setting appropriate retail pricing for merchandise purchased through our wholesale website.
Retailers may not falsely represent themselves as the manufacturer, owner, exclusive distributor, or official corporate representative of any brand carried on this website.
Orders & Availability
All wholesale orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
Submitting an order does not guarantee availability of every style, color, size, or quantity requested. We reserve the right to adjust, cancel, or refuse an order when necessary.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Returns, Damages & Claims
Wholesale purchases are subject to our separate Refund & Return Policy.
Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported within the time period stated in that policy.
Account Approval & Termination
We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at our discretion, including accounts that violate our policies, misuse wholesale pricing, provide inaccurate business information, engage in unauthorized marketplace selling, or otherwise misuse their wholesale account.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify our wholesale policies from time to time. Continued use of a wholesale account constitutes acceptance of the current policies posted on this website.
